I went with my wife and we ordered acorn-fed ham as a starter, and as a courtesy of the house, they brought white garlic, the quality of both was excellent. Afterwards, we savored a dish of acorn-fed pork shoulder, which was also very tasty, with a grill to cook it to everyone's ideal doneness.
